Role Description This is a full-time, in office Electrical Maintenance Engineer role based in Jagdalpur. The Electrical Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting electrical systems and equipment across the plant, including motors, drives, switchgear, and distribution networks. Daily activities include performing routine inspections, diagnosing faults, executing corrective and preventive maintenance, and ensuring minimal downtime of production equipment. The role involves collaborating with operations and mechanical maintenance teams to plan maintenance schedules, support equipment upgrades, and implement safety and compliance standards.



The engineer will also document maintenance activities, optimize maintenance procedures, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for reliability and energy efficiency. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong skills in Electrical Maintenance and Electricity, with the ability to diagnose and resolve issues in industrial electrical systems.
• Candidates should possess skills in Maintenance Engineering and Preventive Maintenance, including planning, executing, and improving maintenance programs for plant equipment.
• Candidates should possess a solid foundation in Electrical Engineering, with knowledge of power distribution, control systems, and relevant standards and safety practices.
• Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline are preferred.
• Experience in steel plants, heavy industry, or large-scale manufacturing environments is beneficial.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and capability to work safely in an industrial setting are required.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams are essential.
