As a Loan IQ Functional Consultant, you will provide subject matter expertise and functional support across project deliverables, ensuring reliable and sustainable Loan IQ implementations. You will collaborate with business and technical teams, define requirements, and drive configuration, migration, and testing activities to support wholesale lending products.

What You'll Do
and How You'll Succeed Functional Analysis & Support
• Provide expert input into Loan IQ design and configuration.
• Liaise with business teams to support functional responsibilities across project deliverables.
• Create and maintain documentation for functional design, requirements, and specifications.
• Conduct studies on existing processes, interfaces, and system landscapes.
• Provide guidance on Loan IQ functionality including customer onboarding, deal building, trading, fee management, repayment schedules, ARR, GL entries, lender shares, outstandings, events, collateral, document tracking, amendments, and change transactions. Domain Expertise
• Drive booking model definitions and workflows for wholesale lending products.
• Lead Loan IQ configuration and accounting mapping workshops.
• Define migration strategies, planning, and mapping exercises.
• Collaborate with migration and integration leads across UK, US, and APAC regions.
• Support test planning, execution, and validation of requirements. Governance & Assurance
• Manage requirements in adherence to standards and governance frameworks.
• Provide oversight to ensure business teams are supported across lines.




• Align Loan IQ services with downstream system owners for consistency and efficiency.
• Document risks, issues, and solution options for stakeholder decision‑making. Monitoring & Continuous Improvement
• Compare functional outcomes against requirements and recommend improvements.
• Support ongoing optimisation of Loan IQ processes and integrations.
• Provide operational metrics and reporting to stakeholders. We'd Love to Hear From You If... Experience
• You have at least 12+ years of experience working with the Loan IQ platform.
• You have ACBS application knowledge (preferred).
• You have experience handling requirements across regions (EMEA, UK, APAC).
• You have experience writing business requirements and functional specifications. Technical Expertise
• You have strong knowledge of Visio, Confluence, and Jira tools.
• You have experience in Loan IQ configuration, accounting mapping, and migration strategies.
• You have knowledge of wholesale lending workflows and booking models.
• You have ISTQB or CBAP certification (required).
• You have CSM, CSPO, or Jira certifications (preferred). Ways of Working
