Role Description The Junior Interior Designer will support the design and enhancement of HustleHub’s coworking spaces, ensuring they are functional, aesthetically appealing, and aligned with brand standards. This full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru includes assisting with space planning, developing interior layouts, and preparing design concepts and mood boards for new and existing locations. Day-to-day responsibilities involve coordinating FF&E; selections, supporting the creation of construction drawings, collaborating with senior designers, architects, and vendors, and conducting site visits to monitor design implementation.



The Junior Interior Designer will also help gather user feedback, make improvement recommendations, and maintain documentation to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess skills in Interior Design and Architecture to support functional, brand-aligned workspace solutions.
• Candidates should possess skills in Space Planning to create efficient, ergonomic, and flexible layouts for coworking environments.
• Candidates should possess skills in Construction Drawings to assist with technical documentation and coordination with contractors.
• Candidates should possess skills in FF&E; (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) selection and specification to enhance aesthetics and usability.
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Proficiency in design and drafting tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar software).
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams, vendors, and clients.
• Interest in coworking, workspace design, and user-centric design principles; prior internship or project experience is an advantage.
