Role Description The Independent Insurance Agent at AiM INVESTMENTS is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division. This role involves meeting with clients to assess their insurance and financial protection needs, explaining policy options, and recommending suitable insurance products and investment-linked plans. The agent will prepare quotes, process applications, and support clients through policy issuance, renewals, and claims-related questions. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining client records, conducting follow-ups, attending in-person meetings, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure compliant and efficient service. The role also requires staying updated on insurance regulations, product changes,



and market trends to provide accurate, current information to clients. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess solid Insurance Sales and Insurance skills for advising clients and closing policies effectively.
• Candidates should possess Insurance Brokerage and Finance skills for comparing products, structuring solutions, and understanding financial implications.
• Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to build long-term client relationships, handle inquiries, and manage issues professionally.
• Relevant experience as an insurance agent, financial advisor, or in a similar client-facing financial services role.
• Knowledge of personal financial planning concepts, including risk management, savings, and investment products.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex information in a explicit, accessible manner.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet performance targets on-site in the Pune Division.
• Appropriate licensing or certification for selling insurance products in the relevant jurisdiction; a degree in Finance, Business, or related field is an advantage.
