Key Responsibilities
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Duty Manager to oversee daily hospital operations and ensure smooth coordination across departments.

Key Responsibilities
Managing day-to-day hospital operations. Bed allotment and bed management. Coordinating patient admissions and discharges. Ward management and supervision. Coordination with nursing staff, doctors, and other departments. Patient and attendant coordination to ensure smooth patient flow. Handling operational issues and ensuring patient satisfaction. Ensuring effective coordination between wards and front-office teams.



Eligibility Criteria Minimum 3 years of experience in hospital operations. Candidates with experience in reputed healthcare organizations such as Manipal Hospitals, Apollo Hospitals, Cloudnine, Motherhood Hospitals, or similar healthcare institutions are preferred. Robust communication, coordination, and team management skills. Good understanding of hospital workflows and patient management. Salary & Benefits
