Key Responsibilities

- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for energy storage systems (ESS).
- Drive sales of ESS and lithium-ion battery solutions.
- Develop business opportunities across the ESS ecosystem, including solar integrators, EPCs, industrial clients, and distributors.
- Appoint and expand ESS-focused dealers, distributors, and channel partners.
- Build relationships with solar partners, industrial clients, and institutional customers.
- Identify emerging markets for solar storage, backup solutions, and industrial ESS applications.
- Conduct product demonstrations for ESS solutions and battery systems.
- Execute local marketing campaigns to promote energy storage adoption.
- Manage key accounts and institutional partnerships.
- Negotiate commercial terms with clients and partners.
- Coordinate with service and operations teams to support smooth project execution.




- Track competitor activity in the ESS and battery market.
- Analyze market trends, demand patterns, and renewable energy policies.
- Share market intelligence and recommend growth strategies.

Requirements
- Experience in sales, preferably in ESS, solar, batteries, electrical, or the energy industry.
- Robust understanding of energy storage systems, solar integration, and power backup solutions.
- Proven track record in territory sales and channel development.
- Ability to work with distributors, EPC partners, and industrial clients.
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel within assigned markets.
- Analytical mindset for assessing market trends and competitor activity.
