Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies for the said products.
- Manage brand positioning and promotional campaigns.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Plan and execute recent product launches.
- Coordinate with sales teams to achieve business objectives.
- Develop marketing collateral, visual aids and promotional tools.
- Monitor brand performance, sales growth and market trends.
- Conduct product training for field sales teams.
- Build relationships with dermatologists and key opinion leaders.
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in pharmaceutical Product Management.
- Prior experience in the Dermatology segment preferred.
- Strong understanding of pharma marketing and brand management.
- Excellent communication and strategic planning skills.
