About SupplyValid
At SupplyValid, as we scale past 75+ team members across our group of businesses, we are building a high-performance, commercially rigorous ecosystem anchored in speed, expansion, and capital efficiency. We are positioning our group entities for significant capital deployment, international expansion, and enterprise growth.
The Role
We are seeking a sharp, deal-driven Head of Corporate Finance & Fundraising reporting directly to the Group CEO in our Noida Office.
This role has a clear two-phase mandate with an explicit path to becoming Group CFO:
1. Phase 1 (Immediate Focus): Drive, structure, and execute our capital raising strategy—securing institutional equity, debt, and strategic capital for group expansion.
2. Phase 2 (CFO Progression): Upon successfully closing fundraising rounds and establishing institutional governance, transition into the full Chief Financial Officer (CFO) role to manage enterprise financial operations, capital allocation, and long-term fiscal strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Capital Raising & Deal Execution: Lead end-to-end fundraising operations—from financial modeling, valuation, term sheet negotiations, and diligence data rooms to closing equity/debt rounds with VC, PE, family office, or institutional debt partners.
- Investor Relations & Pitching: Partner directly with the Group CEO to build compelling pitch materials, investor decks, unit economic models,
and maintain solid relationships with prospective and existing investors.
- Strategic Financial Modeling: Build comprehensive financial projections, scenario plans, valuation frameworks, and capitalization tables across group entities.
- M&A; & Strategic Transactions: Evaluate, structure, and execute prospective joint ventures, strategic partnerships, or acquisition opportunities as part of the group's growth strategy.
- CFO Transition: Build the necessary financial infrastructure, compliance rigor, and reporting frameworks to seamlessly step into the Group CFO seat following successful fundraising milestones.
What We Are Looking For
- 8–12+ years of experience in Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, Venture Capital, Private Equity, or Founder's Office (Finance) with a proven track record of closing capital raises.
- Direct, hands-on experience structuring, pitching, negotiating, and closing equity (Seed to Series A/B+) or institutional debt financing rounds.
- Deep mastery of financial modeling, startup/enterprise valuations, term sheets, cap table management, and deal structuring.
- Strong network of venture capital firms, private equity investors, family offices, and institutional lenders in India and internationally.
- Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA in Finance from a tier-1 institute is highly preferred.
- High commercial acumen, executive presence, and the strategic foresight to build and run a C-suite CFO organization.
