1. AVP – Production
- Lead and manage end-to-end event production and operations.
- Oversee multiple projects, teams, and resource allocation.
- Drive production strategy, efficiency, and quality standards.
- Manage vendor partnerships, negotiations, and budgets.
- Ensure seamless execution while maintaining creative vision and client expectations.
- Lead, mentor, and build a high-performing production team.
2. Production Executive
- Assist in planning and executing events from start to finish.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Manage on-ground production, logistics, and event requirements.
- Ensure timely execution and smooth event operations.
- Monitor production quality and resolve on-site challenges.
