About the role

We are looking for a Mid-Senior-Level Forward Deployed Engineer to work closely with customers

and engineering teams to deliver AI-powered technical solutions. You will own implementation

workstreams, customize applications, integrate customer systems, and support deployments from

requirements through delivery.

Responsibilities

• Work with customers to clarify business requirements and translate them into technical designs

and implementation plans.

• Build, customize, and deploy AI-powered applications and workflows with limited supervision.

• Implement and maintain API, database, and third-party platform integrations.

• Develop backend services and automation workflows with attention to reliability and

maintainability.

• Troubleshoot integration and performance issues and drive them to resolution.

• Coordinate with product and engineering teams, support customer onboarding, and

communicate implementation progress.

Required Skills





• Strong programming skills in Python or JavaScript/TypeScript.

• Practical experience with APIs, backend development, and databases.

• Comfortable use of Git/GitHub and collaborative development workflows.

• Working knowledge of AI/LLMs and application development.

• Strong debugging, problem-solving, communication, and customer collaboration skills.

Good to Have

• Experience with LLMs, AI agents, and RAG.

• Familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph, or LlamaIndex.

• Knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP; Docker and application deployment.

• Exposure to customer-facing engineering or technical consulting.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical

experience. Candidates should be able to demonstrate relevant hands-on software development

and implementation work.
