Role Description The Senior Quality Assurance Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Kathmandu. This position is responsible for designing, executing, and maintaining test cases to ensure the reliability and performance of Adventus.io's software platforms. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating closely with product managers and developers, performing manual testing, validating current features and bug fixes, and documenting defects with clear, actionable reports. The engineer will help define and improve QA standards, participate in review meetings, and support release cycles by verifying quality benchmarks before deployment. The role also involves mentoring team members,



contributing to test strategies, and ensuring that software solutions provide a robust experience for users and partners.
Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Quality Assurance and Software Testing, with experience ensuring software meets functional and non-functional requirements.
- Hands-on skills in Manual Testing and Test Execution, including the ability to identify, reproduce, and document defects consistently.
- Proficiency in designing and maintaining Test Cases that cover various scenarios, edge cases, and regression needs.
- Experience with test management tools, issue tracking systems, and collaboration platforms.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
- Ability to analyze requirements, identify risks, and propose practical test approaches.
- Strong communication skills for clear documentation and cross-functional collaboration.
- Prior experience in a senior or lead QA role, with mentoring or leadership responsibilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
