Position Summary The Agency Development Manager is responsible for ensuring that the agency channel operates in compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Principal Responsibilities - Manage and develop agency sales partnerships to drive growth in life insurance products. - Conduct training sessions for agents to ensure a thorough understanding of products, compliance standards, and sales techniques. - Monitor field sales activities to ensure adherence to company policies and industry regulations. - Provide ongoing support and guidance to agencies, assisting them in achieving their sales targets. - Evaluate sales performance metrics and implement strategies to enhance productivity within the agency network. - Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials that accurately represent product offerings.

Eligibility and Qualifications - Bachelors degree in Business Administration (BBA), Banking and Insurance (BBI), or related fields. - Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; qualified experience is not mandatory but may be beneficial. - Familiarity with life insurance products will be an advantage.
