Job Description: Creative Lead – Design, Video & AI

Experience: 3–7 years

Role Overview

We're looking for a creative, out-of-the-box thinker who can handle graphic design, video editing, AI-powered content creation, and shoot management while leading a creative team.

Key Responsibilities & Tools

- Graphic Design: Create social media creatives, campaign visuals, branding, presentations, and marketing collaterals. Tools: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva

- Video Editing & Motion Graphics: Edit reels, ads, promotional videos, and branded content. Tools: Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut

- AI Content Creation: Generate AI images, videos, product visuals, and campaign content. Tools: Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Runway, Kling, ChatGPT

- Shoot Planning & Management: Handle pre-production, mood boards, shot lists, on-set coordination, and post-production.



Experience with product, fashion, and campaign shoots preferred.

- Team Management: Lead designers and editors, allocate tasks, review output, and ensure timely delivery.

- Creative Thinking: Develop fresh concepts, explore new formats, and translate briefs into impactful visual storytelling.

Requirements

- Strong portfolio across design, video, and AI-generated content.

- Previous experience managing or mentoring a creative team.

- Hands-on experience coordinating photoshoots and video productions.

- Strong visual sense, communication, and project management skills.

- Ability to multitask and deliver quality work in a quick-paced agency environment.
