Job Overview

Our client is looking for an Personal Lines Insurance Specialist to oversee policy quoting, client communications, and account administration across personal lines. In this full-time remote role, you will prepare quotes, process endorsements, and manage renewals for auto, homeowners, and umbrella policies. You will utilize AMS360 to document client records, verify documentation, and ensure regulatory compliance. Operating during Omaha, Nebraska business hours, this position requires proven experience in US personal lines insurance and a client-focused approach.

Schedule

Monday - Friday, 9AM-6PM (8 hours a day, 1 hour unpaid break) Omaha,NE Timezone

Responsibilities

- Quote and manage insurance policies for personal clients.
- Use AMS360 to maintain accurate client, policy, and account information.
- Prepare and compare insurance quotes across available carriers and markets.
- Handle quotes for: Auto, Homeowners, Umbrella, and admitted/non-admitted markets.
- Communicate with clients by phone and email regarding quotes, coverage, policy changes, renewals, and other insurance needs.
- Gather and verify client information and documentation required for quoting and policy issuance.
- Follow up with carriers, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure timely processing.
- Assist with policy changes, endorsements, renewals, and other account servicing activities.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation within AMS360 and other systems.
- Ensure all activities are completed in accordance with applicable insurance regulations and company procedures.




- Provide professional customer service while identifying opportunities to meet additional client insurance needs.

Requirements

- Recent, hands-on experience quoting and servicing personal lines policies, particularly auto, home, and umbrella.
- Verifiable hands-on experience using AMS360.
- Strong understanding of insurance policy administration and compliance requirements.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Solid customer service and relationship-building abilities.
- Comfortable communicating with clients and carriers by phone and email.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple accounts, and prioritize time-sensitive tasks.

Qualifications

- Active US insurance license is highly sought after.
- Experience working with both standard and non-admitted/surplus insurance markets is an advantage.
