We're looking for enthusiastic and experienced Admission Counselors to join our team!
What You'll Be Doing:
- Counsel students for regular UG & PG programmes.
- Handle admissions for CAT, MAT, JAT and other entrance-based courses.
- Understand students academic backgrounds and recommend suitable courses.
- Guide students through admission processes and university options.
- Handle inbound/outbound calls, lead nurturing and regular follow-ups.
- Convert prospective students into successful registrations.
- Maintain accurate student records and follow-ups in CRM.
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum 6 months of experience in admission counselling or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Knowledge of UG/PG programmes and competitive entrance exams.
- Strong counselling, negotiation and lead conversion abilities.
- Target-oriented mindset with a proactive approach.
