Role Description This is a contract, on-site Hairstylist role based in Panipat. The Hairstylist will provide professional hair services, including hair cutting, styling, coloring, and treatments, while maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety. Day-to-day responsibilities include consulting with clients to understand their preferences, recommending suitable hairstyles and hair care routines, and delivering consistent, quality service. The role also involves managing appointment times,



maintaining a clean and organized workstation, and supporting a welcoming environment for clients. The Hairstylist will collaborate with the business team to ensure client satisfaction, encourage repeat visits, and support a positive reputation for the salon.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Hair Styling and Hair Care to deliver a range of professional hair services.
- Candidates can be both Male or Female
- Candidates should possess a foundation in Cosmetology, including knowledge of hair treatments, products, and safety standards.
- Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Communication skills to understand client needs and provide a positive experience.
- Relevant hairstyling certification or cosmetology training from a recognized institution is beneficial.
- Previous experience working in a salon or barbershop environment is preferred.
- Ability to work in office in Panipat, manage time effectively, and adapt to varying client demands.
- Knowledge of current hair trends and willingness to learn new techniques is an advantage.
