- Multi-year business planning and pan-India expansion.
- Branch network expansion, geography prioritisation and branch-level profitability.
- Building Zonal, Regional and State leadership teams.
- End-to-end P&L; ownership
- Building an in-house feet-on-street sourcing model.
- Managing direct sourcing, referral and DSA/channel partner mix.
- Experience in Micro LAP / Small LAP / Affordable Mortgage lending.
- Understanding of informal-income customer assessment and credit underwriting.
- Partnership with Credit and Risk teams to strengthen lending methodologies.
- Driving business growth while maintaining portfolio quality and profitability.
Experience
• 15-20+ years in Banking, NBFC, or Housing Finance.
