4–5 years as a House Manager in luxury residences or premium properties.

Job Description
We are looking for a highly experienced and detail-oriented House Manager to oversee the complete operations of a luxury private residence.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage day-to-day household and property operations.
• Supervise and coordinate a team of at least 20 staff members.
• Ensure exceptional housekeeping, maintenance and service standards.
• Oversee vendor management, inventory and facility maintenance.
• Implement SOPs and ensure smooth operational functioning.




• Maintain high standards of discipline, grooming and qualified conduct. Candidate

• 4–5 years of proven experience as a House Manager in luxury properties.
• Tamil-speaking candidates only.
• Strong team management and leadership skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge or experience in Facility Management will be given preference.
