• Governance structures: RAID logs, steering committees, dashboards, escalation frameworks
• Execution tracking across multi-workstream transformation programmes
• C-suite reporting: decision papers, strategic updates, programme summaries
• Cross-functional stakeholder alignment — business, technology, operations, finance
• Vendor and technology team accountability across delivery dependencies What You Bring
• Currently or previously Manager at Big 4,



or Consultant / Senior Consultant / Engagement Manager at MBB and other larger Consulting firms.
• 8–15 years in transformation, PMO, consulting, or enterprise programme delivery
• Proven personal ownership of a transformation or technology-enabled programme
• Executive communication skills — you write and present at C-suite level
• Technology-enabled setting
