Role Description The Ecommerce Specialist will manage and optimize Amazon seller accounts, focusing on product listing quality, Amazon SEO, and PPC campaign performance to increase traffic and sales. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring inventory, coordinating with internal teams on pricing and promotions, and ensuring timely and professional responses to customer inquiries. The role also involves tracking key performance metrics, preparing regular reports, and recommending improvements based on data analysis and market trends.



The Ecommerce Specialist will collaborate with clients to support brand positioning, assist in setting up and refining Amazon stores, and help implement strategies aligned with business goals. This is a full time, on-site role based in Rohini. Qualifications
• Strong E-Commerce knowledge, including Amazon marketplace operations and online selling best practices.
• Demonstrated Analytical Skills for interpreting data, tracking KPIs, and optimizing listings and campaigns.
• Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to manage inquiries, resolve issues, and coordinate with clients and internal teams.
• Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities and support conversion-focused strategies.
• Familiarity with Amazon SEO, PPC advertising, and basic inventory management tools and dashboards.
• Ability to work on-site in Rohini, manage multiple accounts, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Excel or similar tools for reporting and data analysis; experience with Amazon Seller Central is highly beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in online marketplace management.
