Full Stack Software Engineer

About the Role
RTAC is looking for a versatile Full Stack Software Engineer to develop end-to-end web applications and contribute to its business software products. The role involves working across frontend interfaces, backend services, database systems, and API integrations to deliver scalable and user-friendly software solutions.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop complete web application features covering both frontend and backend functionality.
• Build responsive user interfaces using modern web technologies.
• Develop server-side modules, application logic, and reusable components.
• Design and integrate REST APIs and third-party services.
• Create and manage database structures, queries, and data relationships.
• Ensure smooth communication between frontend interfaces and backend services.
• Debug application issues, optimize performance, and improve code quality.
• Participate in application testing,



deployment, and ongoing enhancements.
• Collaborate with designers, QA engineers, and other developers to deliver project requirements. Skills & Qualifications
• Valuable understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive web development.
• Familiarity with React.js or similar frontend frameworks.
• Knowledge of backend technologies such as PHP, Java, Python, or Node.js.
• Understanding of MySQL, PostgreSQL, or other relational databases.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, and application architecture.
• Knowledge of Git, debugging, and object-oriented programming.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Freshers with full-stack projects, internships, or practical development experience are encouraged to apply.
