Role Description The Influencer Acquisition Head is a full time, on-site role based in Delhi, India, responsible for leading and scaling KOLPlanet’s influencer acquisition strategy. This role oversees the end-to-end process of identifying, qualifying, and onboarding influencers across platforms, ensuring strong alignment with client brands and campaign objectives. Day-to-day responsibilities include building and managing acquisition pipelines, nurturing relationships with key creators, negotiating partnership terms, and collaborating with sales and account teams to support campaign delivery. The Influencer Acquisition Head will lead a team, set performance targets,



and use platform data and analytics to refine acquisition strategies and improve creator portfolio quality. The role also involves monitoring market trends in influencer marketing, contributing to product feedback, and representing KOLPlanet in industry interactions as needed. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Acquisitions and Customer Acquisition skills to build and manage a high-quality influencer network.
• Candidates should possess solid Sales and negotiation skills to secure favorable partnership agreements and support revenue growth.
• Candidates should possess advanced Analytical Skills to interpret campaign and platform data, segment creators, and optimize acquisition strategies.
• Candidates should possess proven Team Management experience, including setting targets, coaching team members, and managing cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, or creator economy platforms is highly beneficial.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities, with comfort in stakeholder management and external partnerships.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field; advanced degrees are an advantage.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, make data-backed decisions, and adapt quickly to evolving market trends.
