Purpose Of Role: We are seeking an experienced LIMS Specialist to support the implementation, configuration, validation, and maintenance of Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) for pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, and laboratory environments. The ideal candidate should have solid knowledge of laboratory workflows, data management, regulatory compliance, and LIMS platforms.

Key Responsibilities
• Implement, configure, and support LIMS applications based on business and laboratory requirements.
• Gather requirements from laboratory stakeholders and translate them into functional specifications.
• Configure sample management, test management, workflows, instrument integration, and reporting modules.
• Perform system validation activities in compliance with GxP, FDA 21 CFR Part 11, ALCOA+, and GMP requirements.
• Develop and execute test scripts, validation protocols, and documentation.
• Support data migration, system upgrades, and change requests.
• Integrate LIMS with laboratory instruments, ERP, MES, and other enterprise applications.




• Troubleshoot application issues and provide user support.
• Conduct user training and prepare SOPs and user manuals.
• Collaborate with quality, laboratory, and IT teams to ensure successful project delivery. Required

Skills:
• Experience with LIMS platforms such as LabWare LIMS,LabVantage
• Strong understanding of laboratory workflows and sample lifecycle management.
• Knowledge of SQL, database concepts, and reporting tools.
• Experience in LIMS configuration, customization, and validation.
• Understanding of pharmaceutical, biotechnology, diagnostics, or life sciences industries.
• Familiarity with regulatory standards including GxP, GMP, GLP, and FDA requirements. Preferred

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Experience in laboratory digital transformation projects.
• Knowledge of system integrations, APIs, and ETL processes.
• Certification in LIMS platforms is a plus.
