Role Description The Senior Travel Consultant role is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad. The Senior Travel Consultant will advise customers on domestic and international travel options, design customized itineraries, and suggest suitable packages based on budget, preferences, and travel goals. Daily responsibilities include managing end-to-end travel arrangements such as flights, hotels, transfers, tours, and insurance, while ensuring accurate reservations and documentation. The role involves handling customer inquiries, providing prompt and professional service, resolving issues before and during travel, and maintaining long-term client relationships.



The Senior Travel Consultant will also collaborate with internal teams and suppliers, stay updated on travel trends, offers, and regulations, and contribute to meeting sales and service targets. Qualifications
• Robust expertise in Travel Consulting and Travel Management, with the ability to recommend suitable destinations, itineraries, and packages.
• Proficiency in managing comprehensive Travel Arrangements, including flights, accommodations, transfers, tours, and travel insurance.
• Excellent Customer Service skills, with a focus on building relationships, understanding traveler needs, and providing timely support.
• Hands-on experience with Reservations systems and booking platforms, ensuring accuracy in ticketing, documentation, and payment processing.
• Good knowledge of domestic and international destinations, visas, and basic travel regulations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse customers and cross-functional teams.
• Sales or consultative selling experience in travel or hospitality, with the ability to meet targets while maintaining service quality.
• Attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and a customer-first mindset, especially in time-sensitive situations.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field; prior experience in a senior consulting role is highly beneficial.
