Remote Joining: Immediate joiners only – must be available to onboard within 3 days Project Domain: Healthcare Technology: Camunda BPM, BPMN, DMN, REST API, Agentic AI Role Overview We are looking for BPM Workflow Configuration & Integration Engineers with hands-on experience in Camunda BPM, workflow implementation, and REST API integration. Candidates should have exposure to AI-enabled workflow automation or Agentic AI. Mandatory Skills
• Camunda BPM: Hands-on experience in Camunda implementation, configuration and workflow management.
• BPMN 2.0: Experience in business process modelling and workflow implementation.
• DMN: Knowledge of decision tables and business rule configuration.
• REST API Integration: Experience integrating existing REST APIs and third-party services into BPM workflows.
• Workflow Configuration: Hands-on experience with process variables, task assignments, timers, reminders, notifications and escalation rules.
• Process Orchestration: Solid understanding of workflow automation, business rules, task management and end-to-end process orchestration.
• Exception Handling: Experience in workflow troubleshooting, error handling and escalation management.
• AI Integration:
Basic understanding of integrating AI-enabled services into BPM workflows. Good-to-Have Skills
• Healthcare workflow experience, preferably credentialing or similar process-driven domains.
• Exposure to Agentic AI and AI-enabled workflow automation.
• Experience integrating AI services with Camunda workflows.
Key Responsibilities
• Configure, implement, test and maintain BPM workflows using Camunda.
• Design and implement business processes using BPMN and DMN.
• Integrate existing REST APIs and third-party services into workflows.
• Configure process variables, task assignments, timers, reminders and notifications.
• Implement workflow automation, exception handling and escalation mechanisms.
• Troubleshoot workflow issues and support ongoing maintenance.
• Assist in integrating AI-enabled capabilities into existing business processes. Candidate Requirements
• Minimum 3+ years of relevant BPM/workflow experience.
• Strong hands-on Camunda and BPMN experience.
• Good understanding of REST API integrations and process orchestration.
• Basic exposure to AI-enabled workflow capabilities.
• Must be available to join immediately and onboard within 3 days.
