About the Role
Inamo is a fast-growing, VC-funded Quick Commerce Enabler revolutionizing how consumers access everyday essentials through ultra-fast delivery. We are looking for a City Lead – Store Operations to take ownership of city-level dark store operations, drive operational excellence, manage high-performing teams, and ensure scalable and profitable operations.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage dark store/store operations across the city.
• Drive on-time delivery, order accuracy, productivity, and customer SLA performance.
• Monitor daily operational KPIs and implement corrective actions to improve performance.
• Recruit, mentor, and manage Operations Managers, Store/Fleet Supervisors, and contract workforce.
• Build a performance-driven culture with clear ownership and accountability.
• Own city-level P&L;, including revenue, manpower costs, infrastructure costs, and profitability.
• Identify and implement cost optimization and productivity improvement initiatives.




• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to onboard current clients and scale operational capacity.
• Identify opportunities to improve network coverage, market share, and store productivity.
• Act as the key point of contact for city-level escalations involving clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Drive operational expansion and ensure smooth execution during rapid business growth. Required Skills & Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience in Quick Commerce, Dark Store Operations.
• Experience handling multiple dark stores / clusters / city-level operations.
• Previous experience as Cluster Manager, City Lead, Area Operations Manager, City Operations Manager, or similar leadership role.
• Strong understanding of dark store operations, manpower planning, productivity, SLA management, and operational KPIs.
• Strong people-management and stakeholder-management skills.
• Hands-on, data-driven, and strong problem-solving approach.
• MBA/Postgraduate in Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred.
