Role Description The Databricks Solution Architect role is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. This role is responsible for designing and architecting scalable data and analytics solutions on Databricks, including data pipelines, data models, and integrations with cloud and enterprise systems. The Databricks Solution Architect will work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to understand business requirements, translate them into technical architectures, and provide consulting on best practices and optimization. Day-to-day tasks include guiding development teams, reviewing solution designs and code, ensuring robust integration with existing systems, and supporting performance, security, and reliability objectives.



The role also involves collaborating with business process owners to align solutions with organizational goals, preparing technical documentation, and contributing to continuous improvement of data and analytics standards. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess robust Solution Architecture skills, including the ability to design end-to-end Databricks-based data and analytics platforms.
• Candidates should possess Consulting skills to engage with stakeholders, gather requirements, and recommend appropriate technical and business solutions.
• Candidates should possess Software Development skills, with hands-on experience in building data pipelines, ETL/ELT workflows, and analytics solutions using Databricks and modern programming languages (such as Python, Scala, or SQL).
• Candidates should possess Integration skills to connect Databricks with cloud services, data warehouses, APIs, and enterprise applications securely and efficiently.
• Candidates should possess Business Process understanding to align technical architectures with data governance, analytics, and operational workflows.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience with major cloud platforms (such as Azure, AWS, or GCP), data engineering tools, and modern analytics ecosystems.
• Knowledge of AI/ML concepts, data governance, security best practices, and performance optimization in large-scale data environments.
• Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
