Company Description Cornerstone Therapy Solutions is a pediatric therapy center specializing in services for children with developmental challenges across a range of skill levels. Since 2014, the team has focused on collaborative care, working closely with Occupational Therapists, Speech Language Pathologists, school teachers, and physicians to achieve better outcomes for children and families. Professionals at Cornerstone Therapy Solutions are trained and certified in India and internationally, ensuring high standards of therapy and care. The center offers speech and language therapy, occupational therapy, group therapies, social skills groups, early intervention programs, sensory integration, play therapy, NDT, and parent training programs. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Occupational Therapist role based in the Greater Bengaluru Area. The Occupational Therapist will assess pediatric clients’ developmental, motor, sensory, and functional skills and design individualized treatment plans to support daily living, play, and learning activities. Responsibilities include delivering evidence-based occupational therapy sessions, documenting progress, updating goals, and educating caregivers on home programs and strategies. The role involves close collaboration with Speech Language Pathologists, teachers, physicians, and other professionals to coordinate care and participate in multidisciplinary meetings.



The Occupational Therapist will also contribute to group therapy sessions, early intervention programs, and parent training, while maintaining ethical, safe, and child-centered practices. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong skills in Occupational Therapy and Rehabilitation, with experience in pediatric practice preferred.
• Candidates should possess knowledge of Pediatrics and Medicine as they relate to child development, sensory processing, and neurodevelopmental conditions.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for collaborating with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Relevant professional degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution; valid licensure/registration as required by local regulations.
• Experience working in pediatric therapy settings, including early intervention, sensory integration, or school-based services, is highly beneficial.
• Ability to create individualized treatment plans, track progress systematically, and use evidence-based practices.
• Strong interpersonal skills, cultural sensitivity, and a commitment to inclusive, non-discriminatory care.
• Willingness to participate in ongoing career development and training, including international or advanced certifications where applicable.
