Databricks Sales Specialist Work Mode: Remote Employment Type: Full-Time

Experience:
7 – 10 Years Profile Summary Polestar Analytics is looking for an India-based US Sales Specialist with 7 – 10 Years of experience in enterprise technology sales, business development, and new-logo hunting, with solid expertise in the Databricks ecosystem, Data & AI, Cloud, and Analytics. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building new business, creating and owning a regional sales pipeline, engaging C-suite stakeholders, and driving complex enterprise sales cycles. Direct experience selling Databricks solutions/services through an SI,ISV or partner ecosystem is strongly preferred and will be a key requirement.

Key Responsibilities
• Should have experience in selling into Enterprises within NAMER/EMEA markets. Experience with Databricks selling (reselling, implementation services or Channel sales experience) is a must.
• Own and execute a regional sales plan focused on new-logo acquisition, revenue growth, pipeline generation and opportunity conversion.
• Build a strong pipeline of enterprise opportunities across target industries and geographies.
• Co-sell and collaborate with Databricks Account Executives, Partner Managers, Solution Architects and ecosystem partners.
• Develop and maintain senior-level relationships with CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, Chief Data Officers, Business Heads and other decision makers.
• Identify customer business challenges and translate them into relevant Databricks, Data Engineering, Data & AI and Analytics solutions.
• Drive the complete sales lifecycle from prospecting and discovery through proposal development, commercial negotiations and closure.
• Expand existing accounts through cross-sell and up-sell opportunities across Data & AI, Cloud and Analytics services.
• Work closely with Polestar Sales Leadership, Industry Heads, Delivery COEs, Solution Architects and Growth Leaders.
• Own account planning, forecasting and pipeline management.




• Build strategic relationships with Databricks and other technology ecosystem partners.
• Participate in customer workshops, executive presentations, industry events and partner events.
• Develop case studies, customer success stories and testimonials.
• Negotiate effectively with senior stakeholders by demonstrating business value and ROI.
• Take overall accountability for business planning, sales execution, revenue achievement and market development. About Polestar:
