Role Description The Senior QA Automation Engineer (Agentic AI) will design, implement, and maintain automated test frameworks to validate AI-driven features and data-focused applications. In this full-time hybrid role based in Bengaluru, the engineer will collaborate with product managers, developers, and data scientists, performing test planning, creating robust test cases, and executing both manual and automated tests. Day-to-day responsibilities include enhancing test coverage for complex AI workflows, ensuring quality across APIs, UI, and backend services, and analyzing test results to identify defects and root causes. The role also involves contributing to continuous integration pipelines, improving QA processes, and mentoring team members on best practices in QA automation for AI systems,



with the flexibility to work from home part of the time. Qualifications
• Strong Quality Assurance and Software Testing skills, with experience establishing and maintaining QA standards for complex, distributed systems.
• Ability to design and document clear, comprehensive Test Cases, including edge cases and regression scenarios for AI and data-intensive applications.
• Hands-on Manual Testing experience for web, API, and data workflows, including exploratory testing and usability-oriented validation.
• Proficiency in QA Automation, including developing and maintaining automated test suites using contemporary frameworks and integrating them into CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience testing AI/ML or data analytics products, with understanding of data quality, model behavior validation, and agentic AI workflows.
• Strong programming or scripting skills (e.g., Python, Java, or JavaScript) for building automation frameworks and test tools.
• Familiarity with test management and defect tracking tools, as well as version control and cloud-based development environments.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a hybrid team environment in Bengaluru.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience; prior experience in a senior or lead QA role is highly beneficial.
