Experience:
2-4 years Technical Skills Required: Manual Testing:
• Understanding of QA methodologies and techniques effectively using them in day to day activities
• Defect Management, defect prioritization Hands on experience of designing test cases, test Case Management
• Good knowledge of test management and defect management tools
• Positive analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Test bed setup creation, involving server deployments AD/DNS, DHCP, LDAP Servers etc.
• Should have hands on experience on different platforms: Windows OS / Linux OS / MAC/ Mobile OS.
• Experience on browser compatibility testing. Domain:
• Solid understanding of either the OSI layers, Routing/Switching, DNS, DHCP, and Firewalls OR VMware Workstation/ESXi or Microsoft Hyper-V etc
• Conceptual understanding of PKI (Public Key Infrastructure), Ciphers and Digital certificates Reporting and communication:
• Understanding the test matrices, prepare and share with team
• Ability to communicate effectively with team and management Good to have:
• Domain/Technology: Prior experience of working with virtualization platforms e.g. Citrix, VMware, Nutanix, Microsoft Hyper-V
• Direct customer support exposure
