Role Purpose To support and execute global sourcing and procurement activities for raw materials, APIs, excipients, packaging materials. The role is responsible for supplier development, cost optimization, procurement planning.

Key Responsibilities
• Ensure timely procurement of materials to meet production and project requirements.
• Coordinate with planning and inventory teams to maintain optimum stock levels.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, lead times, and supply agreements
• Obtain quotations, conduct commercial evaluations, and prepare comparative analyses.
• Support sourcing strategies for assigned categories.
• Develop alternate and backup sources for critical materials.
• Follow up with suppliers on order execution and resolve supply-related issues.
• Support supplier qualification and onboarding activities.
• Maintain robust relationships with suppliers and service providers.
• Monitor supplier performance related to cost, quality, and delivery.
• Monitor market and commodity trends affecting material prices.
• Assist in budget control and procurement efficiency initiatives Cross-Functional Coordination

• Bachelor's degree in pharmacy, Chemistry, Supply Chain,
• MBA/PGDM in Supply Chain or Operations is desirable Experience
• 3-5 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain functions
• Exposure to international sourcing & Procurement Key Skills
• Excellent Communication skills as need to work in International environment
• MS Excel and Data Analysis
