Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Associate (BDA) to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating business opportunities, building client relationships and converting prospects into customers.

Key Responsibilities
• Identify and connect with potential clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Generate qualified leads and explore new business opportunities.
• Understand client requirements and introduce relevant IT and digital solutions.
• Pitch services such as website development, digital marketing, AI solutions and software development.
• Schedule meetings and coordinate with the technical and marketing teams.
• Prepare proposals, quotations and follow up with prospective clients.




• Maintain client databases, lead sheets and daily activity reports.
• Negotiate and close business deals to achieve sales targets.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships. Required Skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good convincing, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Basic understanding of IT services and digital marketing.
• Confidence in handling client calls and business discussions.
• Familiarity with MS Excel, Google Sheets and CRM tools.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented and eager to learn. Eligibility

• Candidates with experience in IT sales, software sales or business development will have an advantage.
