Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Business Development Associates to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with prospective students, understanding their career interests, explaining relevant training and internship programs, and supporting the enrollment process.

Key Responsibilities
• Identify and connect with prospective students through calls, messages, and other outreach channels.
• Explain Cogniza's training and internship programs, benefits, and enrollment process.
• Understand students' requirements and recommend suitable programs based on their interests.
• Follow up with prospective candidates and maintain regular communication.
• Generate leads and convert interested candidates into successful enrollments.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and payments in the assigned CRM or tracking sheets.
• Work towards daily, weekly, and monthly business development targets.




• Coordinate with team leaders and managers to improve outreach and conversion performance.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or currently pursuing graduation.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of sales, marketing, and business development.
• Confidence in speaking with students and explaining opportunities.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with Google Sheets or MS Excel.
• Willingness to learn, take responsibility, and work towards targets.
