Head of Research About Our Client Our client is a leading multi-family office serving ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families, offering a comprehensive range of financial and non-financial services tailored to their needs.

Bangalore (with flexibility for travel) We are looking for a dynamic and forward-thinking Head of Research to lead research across asset classes in Indian and global markets, strengthen the organisation’s intellectual capital, and deliver actionable insights that support differentiated investment and product strategies for family office clients. Role Lead and institutionalise proprietary research across equities, fixed income, alternatives, private markets, real estate, and global investments. Develop frameworks to analyse economic, geopolitical, and currency trends and assess their implications for asset allocation and portfolio construction. Provide actionable research and thought leadership to Investment and Product teams, translating complex macroeconomic and geopolitical developments into clear insights for client advisory and portfolio positioning. Partner with Product and Advisory teams to identify emerging investment opportunities and support differentiated products and bespoke strategies for family office clients. Establish the organisation as a thought leader through high-quality whitepapers, strategy notes,



and research publications; engage with global research networks, economists, and industry experts. Build and mentor a research team with expertise across asset classes, collaborating closely with the CIO(s), CASO, and Product Heads to align research with client needs and firm strategy. What We’re Looking For 12–18 years of experience in investment research, strategy, or economics, ideally with exposure to both Indian and global markets. Strong expertise in macroeconomics, geopolitics, and financial markets, with the ability to synthesise data into clear, actionable insights. Experience in asset management, wealth management, a family office, or global research institutions. Demonstrated track record in product innovation and thought leadership. Strong communication skills, including the ability to present complex topics to internal stakeholders and ultra-high-net-worth clients. Strategic thinker with intellectual curiosity, a global perspective, high integrity, and a client-first orientation. Collaborative leadership style with the ability to mentor talent and thrive in an entrepreneurial, quick-paced environment.
