About the role
We’re an e-commerce brand in the baby/parenting space, selling mainly to US customers. We’re looking for a junior designer who is quick in Figma, uses AI tools to work faster, and understands how design drives sales. What you’ll do
• Design e-commerce assets in Figma: product page sections, landing pages, banners, ad creatives and social graphics.
• Design email campaigns and flows such as welcome,



abandoned cart and promotions.
• Edit short-form video for social and ads (Reels, TikTok, UGC-style content).
• Use AI tools to speed up concepting, image generation, editing and resizing.
• Iterate on designs based on feedback and performance data. What we’re looking for
• 1-2 years of design experience, ideally in e-commerce or DTC.
• Strong hands-on Figma skills, including auto layout, components and organised files.
• Working knowledge of email design and what makes emails effective.
• Hands-on experience with AI design tools, such as Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Figma AI, ChatGPT. This is a must.
• Basic video editing in Premiere Pro, CapCut, After Effects.
• Understanding of the US consumer market. Baby, kids or family brand experience is a plus.
• Able to turn work around quickly under tight deadlines.
