Role Description This is a full time, on-site Civil Engineer role based in Udaipur and near by sites(under 60km range from udaipur ). The Civil Engineer will oversee day-to-day site activities, including monitoring construction progress, ensuring work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and safety standards, and coordinating with contractors and site supervisors. Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing engineering designs, quantity estimates, and work plans; assisting in project scheduling; and supporting material selection and quality control. The role involves conducting site inspections, resolving technical issues, documenting work status,



and communicating project updates to project managers and stakeholders. The Civil Engineer will also support compliance with local regulations and standards, participate in client and consultant meetings, and contribute to continuous improvement of construction processes. Qualifications
• Civil Engineering Design and Civil Engineering skills, with the ability to interpret and prepare drawings, layouts, and technical documentation.
• Experience working as Civil Engineers in construction or infrastructure projects, including coordination of site activities and stakeholders.
• Planning skills for project scheduling, resource allocation, and sequencing of construction tasks.
• Knowledge of Stormwater Management and related drainage design, compliance with local codes, and site-level implementation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related discipline.
• Understanding of building codes, construction standards, and safety regulations.
• Proficiency in relevant engineering and design software (e.g., AutoCAD, basic structural or civil design tools).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and verbal/written communication skills.
• Ability to work on site in Udaipur, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and manage multiple tasks under project timelines.
• Prior experience in residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects in India is an advantage.
