• Advise the Head of Production
- India on the produce-ability of the new varieties to be introduced in the companies' commercial portfolio in order to ensure seed of new products.
• Advise the Head of Production on the possibilities to execute planned volumes in the area responsible for in order to ensure a reliable seed supply.
• Based on the needs from the Global Production Strategy Manager maintain/adapt the local production infrastructure utilizing farms/facilities or the executing Contracts Withgrowers or 3rd parties in order to ensure efficiency. reliability and quality of the seed produced.
• Advise the Global Production Specialist and Head of Production regarding acceptance and/or rejection Of lots delivered by Our suppliers in order to ensure the highest quality seed supply.
• Implement, monitor & develop the production guidelines per specie, variety and methodology on the crop management procedures to our own production people. growers or3rd parties involved in crop management relating to tie specific crop in order to meet the production plan as agreed.




• Monitor & review quality and genetic purity in concert with the Global Production Specialist, breeders, the QA department (QDS) and growers in all aspects of the growing Crop including the supervision of field isolation. crop rotation, chemical application. and harvesting of production in order to ensure best practice procedures and seed health.
• Execute & monitor the CAPEX, OPEX and HC budget responsible for and propose actions to improve efficiency to the Regional Crop ManagerChampions Behaviors "Join In". •Look Out', "Speak Out' and "Lead On". Overall to ensure compliance to all Global RCMS and Local legislative requirements and strive for achieving organizational HSE Goals and Objectives Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Agronomy ;
• Knowledge of the crop, growing practices within assigned area and grower base;
• Minimum 10 to I5 years' experience in seed production;
• Three to Five years' of managerial experience is preferred;
• Familiarity With production research practices and field plot techniques is strongly preferred; Required Skills
• Leadership skills, Team player; communication skills work and motivate well with others (social versatility);
• Robust command Of the English language;
• Computer Competent; Microsoft Word, Excel
