Devoue Health and Education Foundation is expanding its outreach, and we are looking for a hands-on Marketing & Events Manager to lead our field programs and content creation across schools and community hubs. ? Location:
Manesar / Delhi-NCR ? Travel: Frequent on-ground travel across project sites (Personal bike/two-wheeler is strictly mandatory) ?

Experience:
1–3 years of prior hands-on experience in event coordination, NGO fieldwork, or school outreach (Prior experience is mandatory)

Key Responsibilities
• School Project Execution (2–3 Days/Week): Coordinate and facilitate scheduled sessions and events at our partner school in Manesar.
• Reels & Video Content Creation: Capture high-quality video footage and photos in office, edit engaging Instagram Reels/Shorts, and showcase real-time program impact.
• Medical Camps & Workshops: Drive on-ground logistics, crowd management, and multi-team coordination for community health screening camps and liver wellness initiatives.
• School Outreach & Talks:



Coordinate with school administrations to schedule and manage health, hygiene, and mental wellness talks for teachers and students.

Requirements:
• Proven track record in organizing physical events, community outreach, or running school activation campaigns.
• Practical skills in shooting and editing short-form video content (Reels/Shorts) using mobile editing apps.
• Strong verbal communication in Hindi and English.
• Must own a two-wheeler (Bike/Scooter) with a valid driving license for routine travel between venues. ?
