Key Responsibilities
• Source and recruit IT professionals for US clients across W2, C2C and 1099 tax terms
• Search for candidates using job portals such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder and LinkedIn
• Screen candidates for technical fit, communication, availability and rate
• Negotiate rates and close candidates for submission
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates through the hiring process
• Maintain candidate records and pipelines in the ATS
• Meet daily and weekly submission targets Requirements
• 1 to 4 years of experience in US IT Recruitment
• Good understanding of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099) and work authorizations (USC, GC, H1B, EAD)
• Strong English communication skills
• Hands-on experience with job portals and an ATS
