– Aptitude Trainer cum Content WriterDepartment: Department of Career Planning & Development (DCPD), Chandigarh University We are looking for an experienced and skilled Aptitude Trainer cum Content Writer with strong knowledge of Quantitative Aptitude and Logical Reasoning to train students and enhance their placement readiness.
Key Responsibilities
• Deliver engaging training sessions on Quantitative Aptitude and Logical Reasoning.
• Develop and update training materials, presentations, course files and assessments.
• Explain concepts using shortcuts, tricks and effective teaching methodologies.
• Conduct trainer training sessions (TTT) and support faculty development.
• Monitor student performance, assess progress and maintain academic records.
• Prepare question banks,
assessment sheets and learning resources.
• Coordinate with trainers and management to ensure training quality. Eligibility Criteria:
• Graduate/Postgraduate qualification preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Robust subject knowledge in Quantitative Aptitude and Logical Reasoning.
• Excellent English communication, presentation and teaching skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, PowerPoint and online teaching tools. Additional Requirement: Candidates must have their own laptop (minimum i5 processor, 8GB RAM, Windows 11).
