Role Description The SAP HCM Consultant role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The consultant will configure, customize, and support SAP HCM modules, including core HR, organizational management, time management, and payroll, in line with client requirements. Daily responsibilities include gathering and analyzing business requirements, translating them into functional specifications, and collaborating with technical teams on system design and integration. The role involves conducting system testing, preparing documentation, delivering user training,



and providing ongoing support for SAP HCM solutions. The consultant will also participate in process improvement initiatives, advise clients on best practices in human capital management, and help ensure compliance with relevant policies and regulations. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess robust skills in Human Capital Management and Human Capital, with hands-on experience in SAP HCM modules.
• Candidates should possess solid Human Resources (HR) and Employee Benefits knowledge, including HR processes, policies, and statutory requirements.
• Candidates should possess Consulting skills, with the ability to analyze business needs, advise on solutions, and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Experience in SAP HCM configuration, implementation, and support, including requirement gathering, testing, and user training.
• Ability to work on-site with cross-functional teams, demonstrating strong communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Relevant academic background, such as a degree in HR, Information Technology, Business, or a related field; SAP HCM certifications are an advantage.
• Prior experience in technology consulting or enterprise HR systems within large or mid-sized organizations is preferred.
