Role Description This is a full-time, in office role based in Mumbai for an Export Documentation professional in the CHA (Customs House Agent) industry. The role involves preparing, reviewing, and managing export-related documentation, including shipping bills, invoices, packing lists, and related customs documents. The team member will coordinate with internal departments, customers, and external agencies to ensure timely submission and compliance with export regulations. Daily responsibilities include tracking shipments, updating documentation systems, resolving documentation discrepancies,



and assisting with import–export queries. The role also requires maintaining accurate records, supporting audits, and providing customer service related to export documentation and shipment status. Qualifications
• Strong skills in Export Documentation and Import Export processes, with knowledge of customs, regulatory, and compliance requirements.
• Effective Communication and Customer Service skills to coordinate with clients, carriers, and internal teams.
• Attention to detail, accuracy in data entry, and ability to manage multiple shipments and deadlines.
• Familiarity with CHA operations, shipping line portals, and documentation software or ERP systems.
• Relevant experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or export-import operations; prior experience in the Mumbai CHA industry is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of international trade terms (Incoterms), export procedures, and documentation flows.
• Diploma or degree in Logistics, Commerce, International Business, or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to work on-site, collaborate within a team, and adapt to a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.
