We’re Hiring | Program Associate – Curriculum & Learning SIMS, Bengaluru, is looking for a hands-on professional to develop competency-based life-skills learning for Allied Health Sciences students. Who are we looking to hire? We are looking for a hands-on education professional to support the holistic development of Allied Health Sciences (AHS) students. The position is based at SIMS, but the work extends beyond the institution to support wider AHS learning and workforce-readiness initiatives across the healthcare sector. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys developing learning programmes, and collaborating with educational and healthcare partners. Position: Full-Time What will be your responsibilities? ● Develop the curriculum and its modules, including lesson plans and assessments, focusing on the clinical and non-clinical development of students and aligned with the prescribed standards. ● Facilitate selected sessions and support the piloting and refinement of modules with students and partner organisations.

What qualifications are we looking for? ● Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education / Public Health / Psychology or a related field. ● Experience in curriculum development, teaching, training, learning design, or programme implementation. ● Experience with, or comfort working on, EdTech/online learning platforms is preferred. ● Additionally, experience in healthcare, education, skilling, or the Allied Health Sciences sector will be an advantage. What skills are we looking at? We are looking for someone who: ● Has strong content-development skills and can simplify complex clinical and non-clinical concepts into engaging learning experiences. ● Has excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Kannada and/or Hindi will be an added advantage. ● Is confident using digital technologies and AI tools to enhance teaching and content development. ● Has strong planning, coordination, outreach, and stakeholder-engagement skills. ● Is organised, proactive, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities. ● Is committed to building a long-term association with the team.
