Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Video Editor & Tele Caller role based in Delhi, India. The Video Editor will work closely with trainers and the marketing team to edit training videos, YouTube content, and promotional materials, including tasks such as cutting and assembling footage, adding motion graphics, color grading, and preparing final exports for multiple platforms. The role includes collaborating on video concepts, ensuring brand consistency, managing media assets, and meeting publishing deadlines. As a Tele Caller,



the team member will handle inbound and outbound calls, provide information about training programs, follow up with leads, support enrollment processes, and maintain accurate records in CRM or related tools. The position requires close coordination with sales, training, and marketing teams to support both content production and learner engagement. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Video Production and Video Editing skills, including ability to handle end-to-end editing workflows.
• Candidates should possess Video Color Grading and Motion Graphics skills to enhance visual quality and create engaging content.
• Candidates should possess Graphics skills for basic thumbnail design, social media creatives, and branding elements.
• Proficiency with industry-standard editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar) is beneficial.
• Explicit and confident communication skills in English and Hindi, with the ability to handle telecalling, lead follow-ups, and learner queries.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in educational, training, or YouTube content environments is an advantage.
• A relevant diploma or degree in Media, Film, Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
