Ltd. is a growing international marketing and metals & minerals trading company based in Gurugram. We deal in commodities such as coal, met coke, iron ore, DRI, pig iron and iron ore pellets, catering to the steel, power and cement industries. Role OverviewWe are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Finance Controller to lead our Finance & Accounts function. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in financial reporting, statutory compliance, audit management, cash flow planning and working capital management, along with the ability to drive financial strategy and support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities
• Oversee end-to-end finance and accounting operations, including monthly, quarterly and annual book closures.
• Ensure accurate preparation and finalization of financial statements, including P&L;, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow Statements.
• Manage statutory compliances related to GST, TDS, Income Tax, Companies Act and ROC filings.
• Lead statutory, internal and tax audits while coordinating with auditors, consultants and regulatory authorities.
• Monitor cash flow, fund management, banking operations and working capital requirements.




• Prepare financial MIS, budgets, forecasts, KPI reports and variance analysis for management review.
• Support financial planning, business decisions, credit facilities and corporate finance activities.
• Lead and mentor the finance team while strengthening internal financial controls and processes.
• Required Skills & Qualifications
• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with valid ICAI membership.
• 5–7 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
• Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards, GST, TDS, Income Tax and Companies Act, 2013.
• Hands-on experience in financial reporting, book closure and audit management.
• Good understanding of cash flow, treasury, banking and working capital management.
• Proficiency in Tally, SAP, Zoho Books or other accounting software.
• Advanced MS Excel and strong MIS reporting skills.
• Excellent analytical, leadership and communication skills. Preferred: Candidates with experience in SME or private limited companies, independently managing end-to-end finance operations, will be preferred.
