Head – Contracts & Commercial Mumbai (BKC)
· Full-time Pravaas turns places into destinations. We plan, design, build and operate experiences for India's leading infrastructure developers. You will lead the contracts and commercial function across our design and build projects. You own every contract from tender to close-out, on both the client side and the vendor side, and you make sure each one delivers value.

What you'll do
– Lead pre-contract activity: tender strategy, package planning, RFQs and RFPs, bid evaluation and award – Prepare and review BOQs, cost estimates, rate analyses and budgets for design and build packages – Draft and negotiate client, EPC, design and build, supply and service contracts – Set commercial terms: pricing, payment milestones, retention, bonds, LDs, warranties and risk allocation – Raise and control POs and work orders, and manage contracts and procurement in SAP – Run post-contract administration: change orders, variations, claims, extensions of time and final accounts – Track vendor progress,



certify bills against measured work and drive delivery to time, cost and specification – Act as the single point of contact for vendors, and protect Pravaas's position in disputes You bring – 10–15 years in contracts, QS or commercial roles with a large real estate, infrastructure or construction company – Hands-on experience with tenders, BOQs, package procurement and change order management – Strong knowledge of FIDIC, EPC and design and build contracts, and of Indian contract law – Working knowledge of SAP (MM or PS) and PO and work order management – Robust negotiation skills, commercial judgement and clear written communication – B.
