Atishay Limited is hiring experienced Business Analysts for an enterprise ERP and e-governance transformation programme at Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala. ?

Experience:
8+ years as a Business Analyst ? Openings: 4 ⏱️ Joining: Immediate (within 7 days) What you’ll do
• Run requirement discovery with government and departmental users.
• Prepare BRD, FRS / SRS, process diagrams and user stories with Gherkin acceptance criteria.
• Maintain the Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM).
• Define requirements for these ERP modules:
• Finance, Accounts and Budgeting
• Payroll
• Stores and Procurement
• Validate data using SQL, map data migration and interpret API specifications.
• Plan and execute UAT through to sign-off. What we’re looking for
•

Education:
a Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Computer Application, IT or an allied discipline, or an MCA, or an M.
Sc. in Computer Science.
• Certification: CBAP,



CCBA or equivalent.
•

Experience:
8+ years as a BA after qualification, in ERP or e-governance projects. Government client exposure preferred.
• ERP knowledge: strong functional understanding of government accounting and audit requirements.
• Tools: hands-on with SQL, UAT and AI-assisted documentation. Positive to have
• Malayalam
• Kerala government or Devaswom project exposure
• JIRA or Confluence Selection: in-person assessment at Thiruvananthapuram. It includes a written case, a technical interview and a walkthrough of a BRD or FRS you have prepared scheduled on 6th Nov 2026 from 10 am ?
