s: Hands-on with Desktop / Laptop / Printer / Projector / AV Conferencing Well versed with 3rd Party applications installation / troubleshooting Troubleshooting of hardware issues with desktop, laptops and printers Familiarity with Networking concepts and topologies Recent installation of Desktop / Software / Phone / Basic Network Operating System / Patches & Upgrades – Windows Email, Messaging and collaboration Tools Productivity Products like MS Office, MS Outlook, Adobe Antivirus /HDD Encryption (laptop) Printer Configuration Backup Software Configuration (laptop) Troubleshooting and resolving local networking issues. Wireless access (laptop) Hardware Support, Software support, and Call logging with Vendor CCTV , Access Control
• Certifications required: Diploma HW & Networking Note:
