We're Hiring: Marketing Manager Teela Resort | Jaipur | Full time | Work From Office We're looking for a creative, proactive, and results-driven Marketing Manager who can take complete ownership of Teela's marketing — from coming up with ideas to executing them. We need someone who doesn't just manage marketing but actively builds the brand, drives bookings, and brings fresh ideas to the table.

Key Responsibilities
1. Digital Marketing & Performance Ads Plan, execute, and optimise Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads. Develop strategies to drive direct bookings and brand awareness. 2. Social Media & Content Strategy Own Teela's social media presence and content calendar. Conceptualise engaging reels, posts, stories, and campaigns. 3. Influencer Marketing & Collaborations Identify, approach, negotiate, and manage influencer collaborations. Plan influencer stays, experiences, and content deliverables. 4. Campaigns & Creative Direction Conceptualise and execute new marketing campaigns from scratch. Develop creative concepts, shoot ideas, mood boards, and briefs. Plan seasonal promotions, launches, and experience-led campaigns.



Oversee photoshoots and video shoots, ensuring content aligns with Teela's brand identity. Who We're Looking For 2–5+ years of experience in digital marketing, brand management, or hospitality marketing. Strong hands-on knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads. Excellent creative thinking and campaign ideation skills. Experience managing influencers, content production, and social media. Ability to manage multiple projects independently. Someone who is equally comfortable brainstorming a campaign, directing a shoot, and analysing ad performance. A self-starter who takes initiative rather than waiting for instructions. What Matters Most We don't want someone who only gives ideas or delegates tasks. We want someone who takes ownership, gets things done, and can handle marketing end-to-end.
